The Predictive Index® (PI) is an in-house assessment tool to help you manage your most valuable resource…your employees. The PI measures long-term, predictable work-related behaviors and motivation needs of people in your organization, or those whom you may be considering to join your company. With this knowledge, you will be able to recruit, hire and lead your team more effectively through better motivation and utilization, and ultimately to achieve your company's goals.

In addition to the PI Survey, which is easily and quickly administered to your staff and applicants, an assessment is also done on each position within your organization. This tool, the PRO (Performance Requirement Options), is used to benchmark the motivational requirements of a specific job and you, the client, complete it. You tell us, by using the PRO, what it is you are looking for rather than us telling you.

Used together, these tools can assist you in recruiting, selection and hiring, as well as development, promotion and performance management activities, for the effective, every day management of your human resources.

The PI is an in-house tool and, as such, selected personnel from your organization will be trained by a PI Management Resources Consultant to understand and use the information provided by PI. This training workshop, which is generally two and a half days, can be conducted on site or off, and can be re-taken as a refresher course at no additional charge. This workshop will equip your managers to use the PI effectively, and of course, you will always have access to HRConnex as your PI Management Resource Consultants, as well.
